C-11013 Megaflex® conduit is manufactured from seamless PTFE tubing in accordance
with MIL T-81914AS.


Material: PTFE Tubing with Two Layers of Braid
(1st Layer Tinned Copper, 2nd Layer Nomex®)

Color: Black Standard. Other colors available
upon request.

Service Temperature: +500°F to -65°F

Chemical Resistance: Chemically inert to most
substances except molten alkali metals,
gaseous fluorine and certain fluoro-chemicals.

Application:
The C-11012 and C-11013 braided conduit
should be considered for applications where the
inner conducting wire needs to be shielded
against either internal or external electro-
magnetic radiation or interference. Also provides
reinforcement against axial stress and
elongation. The fabric overbraid provides
abrasion resistance.

 


Options:

  • Spiral support wire in aluminum for additional crush resistance.
  • Overbraid in stainless steel.
  • Jacketing with Neoprene, Silicone, Ethylene Propylene, Hypalon or other materials upon request.
  • Also available in C-10000 material.

Fittings:
We offer a wide choice of electrical connectors and fittings to complement Megaflex® conduit. Conduit assembly components, or complete assemblies with factory-assembled fittings, may be specified to satisfy electromagnetic shielding or other application requirements. In addition, military specification connectors for hermetic shielding, high temperature, or self-locking requirements can easily be supplied.
